Skybridge enables the import of flight data from CloudAhoy to FlySto. We process credentials only to execute the specific import requested by you and to display the review before import.

• Account identifiers (e.g., email address).
• CloudAhoy / FlySto credentials (used only for the current job; not stored).
• Flight data including times, routes, crew, trajectory data, and remarks.
• Basic technical logs (e.g., IP address, request metadata) for security and troubleshooting.

• Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance).
• Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (security and fault analysis).

Skybridge is hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure through Firebase (provider in the EEA: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). To run the service, we use Firebase Hosting, Cloud Functions, Firestore, Storage, and Firebase Authentication.

In this context, technical connection and security data may be processed (for example IP address, request URL, timestamp, device/browser metadata, and error logs). This processing is required to deliver the website and app securely and reliably.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (service delivery) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (IT security and service stability). We maintain data processing agreements with service providers. If processing includes transfers outside the EU/EEA, appropriate safeguards (for example EU Standard Contractual Clauses) are applied.

When enabled on this website, we use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service by Google Ireland Limited, to understand aggregate usage and improve content and usability.

Google Analytics may process pseudonymous usage data, including visited pages, interaction events, approximate geolocation (derived from IP), referrer information, device/browser data, and cookie identifiers (for example _ga and _ga_*).

The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (and applicable cookie rules). You can refuse or withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future in your browser or cookie settings.

Further details are available in Google's Privacy Policy and via the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on. If data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, Google uses appropriate safeguards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Import artifacts are retained for 7 days and then automatically deleted. You can delete results earlier from the app. Access logs are kept only as long as necessary for security and diagnostics.

You have the right of access, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
